The Winder Barrow Chili Challenge will be held on Jan. 19 and is open and free to the community.
Businesses, clubs, school groups and individuals are encouraged to enter their best secret chili recipe into the contest. Contestants will bring their chili to the event and compete for the right to claim that they have the "Best Chili in Town."
Those wishing to taste the chili and vote for the winner may purchase $5 tickets at the door. This event will feature door prizes and a silent auction as well.
