We should be proud that the City of Winder is demanding that all employees be held to a strict code of conduct. This includes the City Administrator, the Council, the Mayor, The Police Chief and Every Employee. Many times rules are broken for good and noble causes, but this must not be condoned.
Be proud of the fact that the demands of our City are high, that we seek JUSTICE FOR ALL. We investigate and we have the courage to take action.
The past few months have been difficult, but we have “stayed the course.” Our standards have not waivered, and our people are striving for our goal of Excellence in the City’s “ work place.”
