And this nice photo on the front page of the Barrow Journal today with the election coverage...With 12% voter turnout this past Tues., 412 votes were cast for change, 339 for the status quo...That Dec. 3 runoff is another chance for us to bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the Winder City Council...Life is good and change is in the wind!
