Former County Commissioner Dies
William J. Hutchins, 63, was a member of the Georgia Farm Bureau and the Barrow County Farm Bureau board of directors.
A former member of the Barrow County Board of Commissioners, William J. Hutchins, 63, died Saturday.
The Gainesville Times reports Hutchins, a Barrow County farmer and advocate for agriculture, died from lung problems.
A memorial service is set for 2 p.m. today at in Auburn.
