Hmmm, isn't this interesting?! I happen to know that at least 2 men in Winder PD have been made inactive because they were not able to complete the timed physical fitness test in the time allotted within the last week or so. Interesting that our very own Donald Toms called this practice "legally susceptible" and yet it's happening in Winder, right now! Read the article for yourself! If he disagrees, why was it allowed? If he is the source of the decision making, why the 180 degree shift in opinion?
