Thank you to Amy Harrell for writing a Letter to the Editor in support of my candidacy for City Council.

I am writing this letter in support of Nicole Tobias, candidate for Winder City Council, At-Large. I am a life-long Winder resident and plan to remain here as an active member of the community. I want nothing more than for Winder to thrive with new businesses and become a destination that people want to visit to shop and dine with friends and family. I strongly believe that, to achieve such a goal, our community sincerely needs Nicole Tobias to serve on our city council. Nicole is intelligent, goal-oriented and strives to educate herself on issues. She doesn't just 'hear' you, she actually listens to what you have to say. As a female, she would bring much-needed diversity to the council. Finally, and in my opinion - most importantly, she is not native to Winder. I've heard many people in this community talk about wanting change in our local government. We need someone who is level-headed and not part of the ever-present "good ol' boy" system that is keeping Winder in the dark ages while towns around us are progressing. My vote will proudly be cast for the only candidate that I firmly believe is capable of meeting ALL of these requirements.........Nicole Tobias.
