School Board Calls Special Meeting for Executive Session
The school system announced the meeting in an e-mail this afternoon.
A called meeting of the Barrow County Board of Education will be held at 6 p.m. today at the Professional Development Center.
The board is set to go into executive session to "discuss or deliberate upon the appointment, employment, compensation, hiring, disciplinary action or dismissal, or periodic evaluation or rating of a public officer or employee or to interview applicants for the position of superintendent."
Executive sessions are closed to the public.
