It is now public information, through an open records request, that Mr. Donald Toms received a 3 day suspension for directing the City staff to clean the Councilman's property. The question now is whether or not it was a paid 3 day suspension.
Because, in my opinion, a 3 day paid suspension sounds more like a 3 day vacation!
