I've seen downtown Winder become a shadow of what it used to be, even in just the last few years!
The election on November 5 is a chance to begin changing all of that! Vote Nicole Tobias for Winder City Council. I will ask the tough questions, won't blindly follow the crowd, and I will behave in fiscally conservative ways--which we haven't seen with the purchase of the golf course, the purchase of the sign on Punkin Junction Rd., or the recent expenditure to the library.
