I got this message today from a respected native son of Winder. It meant a lot to me, as I believe it communicates the challenge a good number of local voters are facing at this time.
There is much about me not to agree with, but I am convicted and am, I believe, the right choice for our town at this time:
"I voted today and you got my vote. I didn't cast that vote without a lot of thought. Over the years I have disagreed with your stand on issues many times, but I truly do feel that you are the right person for the job at this time. I hope you WIN!!"
