There are lots and lots of citizens in Winder saying that "something has to change" but many people are also hard pressed to explain what that means to them.
So, I ask you this--what does change mean to you?
When you look at the 3 opponents for the At Large seat on Winder City Council, who can provide the most change? Who represents the change you hope to see in the City Council?
Is it change in gender you're looking for? Perhaps a change in age or educational background? Or maybe it's change in thought and problem-solving?
