Winder Restaurant Donating 100 Percent of Today's Sales to Tripp Halstead

The Barrow County toddler remains hospitalized after a tree limb fell and struck him in the head.

Barrow County residents are invited to dine out at Casey's in downtown Winder today, as 100 percent of sales will benefit Tripp Halstead.Β 

Casey's will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.Β 

Several local businesses, includingΒ Dairy QueenΒ andΒ Zaxby'sΒ in Winder, have donated a portion of a day's sales to Tripp,Β who remains hospitalized after being seriously injured Monday, Oct. 29, at Cribs to Crayons Daycare in Winder when a tree limb weighing several hundred pounds fell and struck him in the head. Casey's is the first restaurant to donate 100 percent of sales to the Halstead family.
