Ecumenical Easter Sunrise Service at Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church

The member churches of the Brookhaven Christian Ministries will celebrate the resurrection of the Lord with a traditional sunrise service on Easter Sunday, April 5th at 7am in the chapel of the Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church located behind Oglethorpe University at 3016 Lanier Drive. This annual service will include song, scripture, prayer and much more!

Rev. Marthame Sanders, Pastor of Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church, will be the featured speaker at this interdenominational service.

An offering will be collected to support the Recovery Ministry of Brookhaven United Methodist Church. For more information on their ministry, please go tohttp://www.brookhavenumc.org/page/recovery_ministry.

Member churches include the following: Brookhaven Christian Church, Brookhaven United Methodist Church, Oglethorpe Presbyterian Church, Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church, St. James United Methodist Church, and St. Martin in the Fields Episcopal Church.

Immediately following the sunrise service, there will be a small reception.
