Artisan Series with AtlantaFresh Artisan Creamery: Fresh Mozzarella & Greek Yogurt Making (Night Two)
PLEASE NOTE: The first night of this class takes place at Atlanta Fresh Artisan Creamrey (6679 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. #M, Norcross) on April 12 from 6:30-9:30pm.
Night two of the class takes place at Brookhaven's The Cook’s Warehouse on April 20 and will include making 5 different recipes using Greek Yogurt, Crème Fraiche and Fresh Mozzarella. Students will meet Ron Marks and Steve Brooks in the kitchen to learn how to make Grilled Leg of Lamb marinated Tandoori style (in a Greek Yogurt marinade), Tzatziki Sauce, Panini Grilles (made with traditional fresh and smoked fresh mozzarella), Mozzarella Fritti and Grand Marnier Sauce made with Crème Fraiche.
