With Nancy Waldeck. Join Chef Waldeck and Lea Bowen to learn a menu packed with lighter Brazilian specialties that are both easy and delicious. Sous Chef Lea grew up in Brazil, and not only speaks like a native, but cooks like one, too! You’ll start with an appetizer of Pao de Queijo (Cheese Bread) and Lime Roasted Cashews, move on to a First Course of Shrimp and Hearts of Palm Salad with Creamy Lime Dressing and share an entrée of Churrasco Misto (Brazilian Style Mixed Grill) with two Sauces. It wouldn’t be a true Brazilian meal without Black Beans and Rice and to round out the main course. For dessert, you’ll devour a luscious Chocolate- Espresso Cake with Brigadeiro Topping.
