Sharpen your knife skills in this hands on class that teaches the inside secrets to perfecting the slice, dice and julienne. You will also learn how to select the correct knife for the task at hand, caring for your knives and selecting cutting boards that are most suitable for your personal needs. Bring your own sharpened knives to class so you can learn these techniques using your own tools. But if you don’t have your own knives, please let Cook's Warehouse know beforehand and they will provide you with some knives to use during the class. To top the evening off, a light dinner will be served using the freshly chopped items from class.
