Culinary expert and cookbook author Ray Overton shares some of his favorite recipes from the Sunshine State. His menu includes Marinated Shrimp Salad, plus a refreshing and updated take on classic gazpacho - Chilled Tomato Soup with Cucumber and Mint. You’ll dive right in to a whole Baked Snapper with Melon-Mango Salsa. Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan will accompany the fish. Dessert is a light-as-air Key Lime Pie, done Ray’s unique way.
