This class is part two of the Superfoods for Life! series.  Chef Megan McCarthy demonstrates how to use the best that spring has to offer while helping you to get and stay fit. Megan will share the health benefits of some of her favorite recipes as you learn how to prepare Mache Greens with Blackberry Vinaigrette, Steamed Artichokes with Garlic Aioli, Roasted Salmon with a Champagne Herb Drizzle and an Orange Dream “Superfood” Smoothie.
