Explore modern art from India at the Oglethorpe museum. Each class will begin with an in-depth look at a piece of artwork in the current exhibition. Students/artists will then have the opportunity to experiment with traditional Indian techniques and materials during an on-site studio session. OUMA's Tuesday afternoon studios have been designed especially for adults.
Reservations required. Most supplies are included; however students are requested to bring their own sketchbook and drawing pencils.
This project is supported by the Georgia Humanities Council and the National Endowment for the Humanities and through appropriations from the Georgia General Assembly.
