A motorist had been struck by a tractor trailer, which caused the vehicle to burst into flames. Along with Cisneros, Strong sprung into action and pulled the driver from the burning vehicle. Seconds later the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames.
"There is absolutely no doubt Officer Strong’s actions, along with the assistance of an unidentified good citizen, saved the woman’s life this morning," said the department.
