You choose from approved canopy varieties for your city, get a free consultation if needed, and submit an online request before October planting begins, with some rules and limits based on where you live. 
• Sandy Springs State of the City address set for Sept. 15 (roughdraftatlanta.com) — Brookhaven residents connected to the Central Perimeter business community may be interested in Sandy Springs' State of the City address on Sept. 15, which also reflects regional priorities affecting Brookhaven.
