• Brookhaven adding nearly 200 bike racks across city parks and offices (cbsnews.com) — Brookhaven is rolling out nearly 200 new bike racks at city parks and government buildings, aiming to make cycling a more practical option for residents. Requested by the Brookhaven Bike Alliance, the racks fit cargo and electric bikes, and older racks will be donated to local schools over the coming months. 
• Woodfield Plans 320-Unit Community Within Atlanta Redevelopment Project (multifamilyaffordablehousing.com) — A major new 320‑unit apartment community is planned within the Ashford Green campus in Brookhaven, bringing studios through three‑bedrooms plus a pool, clubhouse, and coworking areas. Woodfield Development expects to buy five acres in 2027 and start construction after rezoning, with the project integrated into future retail and renovated office space on the 14‑acre site.
