Robson Announces Re-Election Bid

The Chamblee councilwoman hopes to earn another term in office when voters head to the polls in November.

From Chamblee City Councilwoman Leslie Robson

“As your voice, I am proud of the many accomplishments during my tenure. I voted to establish the Chamblee Downtown Development Authority and served as the Representative for Council on the Board. Over the last two years, we hired a Director to help usher the progress of building the Downtown District. This year alone, we became a Georgia Mainstreet Program participant, which will help provide funding and development incentives to people who want to open businesses in our downtown district. One of the first significant acts of the CDDA was to help enable the new Olmsted Development. We were recently selected by NerdWallet as one of the “Best Cities in Georgia to Start a Business.” I am also honored to serve on the board of ArtsChamblee – a non-profit organization dedicated to establishing a framework for an arts community in our city.”
