Atlanta Cop Wanted for Murder Arrested at Airport
Tahreem Zeus Rana had a ticket for a flight to Monterey, Mexico. He may have been trying to get to India.

An Atlanta police officer who is considered the prime suspect in the murder of a woman in Hapeville was arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on Thursday.
WSB-TV reports that Tahreem Zeus Rana, 23, is suspected of killing 26-year-old Vernicia Woodard after meeting her through Craigslist. Woodard’s body was discovered by a Hapeville city worker along Elm Street last week. Authorities say the body was set on fire to destroy evidence.
Rana, who had a ticket to board a plane flying to Mexico, now faces charges of murder, arson, and kidnapping. He has been relieved of duty by the Atlanta Police Department.
