Atlanta Plaza Office Tower in Buckhead Sold For $137.5 Million

ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta Plaza in Buckhead has been sold for $137.5 million.

The sale closed on July 28, according to Buckhead View.

A joint venture between Banyan Street Capital and Oaktree Capital Management bought the building.

Atlanta Plaza is home to Salesforce's regional hub. It is located on East Paces Ferry Road near the Lenox MARTA station and Lenox Square.

The tower is almost 80 percent leased. It is also Buckhead's second largest office building, with Terminus 100 being the largest.

Atlanta Plaza could be in the running for GE Digital's first-ever digital operations center. As reported earlier this week on Patch, Buckhead is being rumored to be on a list of locations that the company is considering.
