Everyone would like to have someone remember them, as amazing. It gives us a warm feeling. Someone values us. Someone sees what we see about us. You meet someone new. You form a relationship of some kind. Romantic, friendship, business, etc. And every time you are around them. They remind you that you are amazing.
On the other hand. there are the others we invite into our lives. Instead of building us up, they tear us down. Why do we allow them in our orbit at all? There are those that just seem to show up. They are there for such a long time before we get it. We have an intruder, not a valuable asset here. Time to clean them out. And do it fast! These people are toxic.

I personally have been doing some house cleaning lately. I realized some of those I allowed to be close, were people that should not be there. It’s as if they grow there. One day they are friends, the next day they are toxic. Complaining about everything and everyone. Guess what they think of you. It is never pretty. What kind of energy are they contributing to you? Energy is real. The vibe sounds so metaphysical. It may well be. But, it’s real. That is something to consider when accessing those around us.
With the exception of very few. The girls I have met have been nothing less that amazing. Had I been emotionally “available”, who knows where my life would be today? In a much different place is my opinion. If someone had told me I would still be single a year ago. I would have said, you don’t know me that well. Yet, here I am. No partner in crime.

To know your worth is to set standards on your time and energy. These girls I met have dated some real crazy guys. After meeting them, and hearing their stories. I was surprised. These girls are truly amazing. Smart, strong, independent, open minded. And even nice. Going out with abusive two timing, lying, jackasses. Still, hard for me to understand. The things men lie about consistently. Height, weight, and age. All of these lies become known when they meet. Then. The girls know and still date them. Wow I traded emails with a girl a while and then we met. In about the first 10 minutes, this is what I learned. She was bipolar, schizophrenic, missing a front tooth, the rest were rotting away, and she smoked. Some of that had deception on the actual profile. I spent a few hours with her because she was great to talk with. But friends is all I could go for here. After getting to know her a bit. She had some amazing qualities. But was not a good match for me.
Do you know you are amazing? I suppose I am mostly talking to single moms. Mainly because they make up 95% of my readers. ALL single moms are amazing. I have known too many to believe any differently. I have watched them struggle so much to raise their children. I have so many stories and examples. Many times they do it while the kids take them for granted. There is not enough room for all the stories I have. Watching unconditional, sacrificial love in action is intoxicating to me. Givers are what makes this world great. Single moms are all givers. Seeing her lids overlook, or simply leave her out, is when I get a sense of what unconditional love is. I know two that have boys that have not only disrespected their moms, but actually stolen from them. Hearing her tough response, then watching her gentle nature kick in is amazing. They are amazing. I remember when I was making my list of who would be my perfect partner. A single mom topped that list. Someone that has experienced unconditional love. Someone that would recognize when I gave that to them. It hasn’t been a perfect plan. But if you think about it. It has merit.
Look in the mirror and see the unique person you are. You are awesome. If you are a single mom. You qualify as amazing no matter what. Know your value. Know how amazing you are. If you meet someone that doesn’t verify that. Tell them goodbye and keep looking.
