South African Cuisine is a fusion of French, Portuguese, Dutch, German, and Malaysian cuisines with strong Mediterranean influences. The restaurant was founded in 1998 in a small bungalow in Buckhead, Atlanta. Six years later, inspiration was taken from the sophisticated and modern restaurants and hotels of Cape Town to transform 10 Degrees into a trendy, sleek and contemporary restaurant with outstanding cuisine.
