Atlanta Celebrity Chefs/Musicians Rock and Feed The Buckhead Theatre, All Benefiting Children of Conservation

On May 7, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Atlanta celebrity chefs, who also happen to be musicians in their own local bands, will join together to serve some of the best dishes from their restaurants while putting on a live show on The Buckhead Theatre stage. Coined "Eats & Beats," the event will rock to Ford Fry from JCT Kitchen, Joey Riley’s buds from Kaleidoscope, Chris Talley from Local Three and Joe Truex from Watershed.

While listening to these Atlanta bands, 25 of Atlanta’s premiere restaurants including Local Three, Genki, Cibo e Beve, JCT Kitchen, Food 101, No. 246, Olde Blind Dog Tavern, Neighbors, Muss & Turners and more will serve up their favorite dishes. Grab a drink from the open bar and soak up the evening with delicious food and great entertainment all benefiting Children of Conservation (http://childrenofconservation.org/). Children of Conservation is dedicated to the conservation and protection of endangered species in third world countries through education, habitat preservation and wildlife sanctuary support.

Michele Stumpe, litigator at Taylor English Duma LLP, is co-founder of Children of Conservation, along with her husband Kerry. They established the organization in 2009.
