Tantra Restaurant is proud to present its new Fiery Food Dinner. On Wednesday, May 30th at 7pm, Tantra will be serving a 3 course meal featuring a delicious combination of flavors and spices that will excite even the most seasoned foodie. The 3 course dinner will include a spicy, specialty cocktail the "7 Year Spice" featuring Karma Tequila. The menu items are subject to change, but so far they are:
- Hummus and Chilies: (Progressively spicier sampling of hummus featuring chef's favorite chilies) It's Gonna Be Really Spicy... we promise.
- Seriously Seasoned Salmon: (New Mexico and chipotle rubbed - harissa glazed - jalapeno raita)
- Ghost Chili Beef Randang: (Indonesian-style curry - basmati rice)
- Sorbets and ice creams: (Refreshing but guaranteed to keep the endorphins flowing)
