
Woodfire Grill is offering wine tastings carefully chosen by the restaurant’s wine director, Nicolas Quinones, and sommelier, Catherine Hatch. The tastings will be available to guests dining at the restaurant from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every third Thursday from April through August. The wine tastings will be concurrent with regular seated dinner service but will not be considered pairings, so guests may dine as they please. The restaurant will pour eight wines focused on a specific theme or region. The cost is $15 per person with tastings limited to 30 guests each month. On Thursday, April 19, champagne and sparkling wines will be featured. With pours of Cava to tête de cuvee champagnes like Dom Pérignon, sparklers are thought to complement food better than any other wine.
