On Tuesday, February 14th, celebrate with an elegant five-course dining experience including a duo of Seared Foie Gras with Asian Pears Love Popping Domes and Crab Salad and Avocado Mouseline, American Caviar and Micro Chives, Saffron Aioli; Seared Scallops with Mango Risotto, White Chocolate and Lemon Gremolata, White Asparagus Tips, and Lemon Oil Hollandaise; and beautifully presented deserts prepared by St. Regis Atlanta’s pastry chef Ami Dand.
