Iconic Buckhead Estate Sold For $7.2 Million
Villa Juanita, on the market for 113 days, is Buckhead's second-highest sale of the year.

ATLANTA, GA — Ben Hirsh of Hirsh Real Estate has sold Villa Juanita for $7.2 million. On the market for just 113 days, Villa Juanita is the second-highest sale of the year in Buckhead.
The buyer's identity is not being disclosed, according to the release announcing the sale.
Adjacent to the Governor's Mansion, the 7.3+ acre property is located on the corner of Tuxedo Road and West Paces Ferry Road. The grounds feature a 70'-pool and several acres of walking trails through local forests.

According to FMLS and public records, Villa Juanita is the 7th most expensive sale of all time for a home in Buckhead. The sale also represents the largest home sale in Metro Atlanta history that was both listed and sold by a single agent.
Hirsh also negotiated the sale of Tyler Perry's 17-acre Buckhead property to businessman-turned-evangelist David Turner earlier this year, whose $17.5 million buying price became the most expensive real estate transaction in the city's history.

The previous record for an Atlanta residential real estate sale was a Buckhead estate that sold for $10.5 million in 2009.
