Landmark Diner Fails Three Health Inspections

A Buckhead restaurant was asked to close by health inspectors last week after it failed the third of its five most recent health inspections.

According to WSB-TV, Landmark Diner refused to cease operations and was cited for its abysmal inspection results, including back to back failing scores of 52 and 44. Restaurant ownership will be in court on July 7 to answer for the unhealthy conditions inside the restaurant.
WSB-TV says the Roswell Road restaurant was cited for having dented cans, improperly stored raw meat, syrup soda from last year, dirty ice machines, and insects throughout the facility. Landmark Diner’s latest health inspection can be read in full here.

The diner shut its doors for eight hours on Monday so employees could work on improving conditions without a rush of customers. A Fulton County health inspector will return to Landmark Diner on Thursday, WSB-TV says.
