New Barbecue Restaurant Open in Buckhead

Buckhead’s newest restaurant has opened in the Roswell-Wieuca Shopping Center and features “chef driven” barbecue and traditional southern eats.

521 Kitchen & Que is located at 4365 Roswell Road, Suite 4367 and opened on Sept. 9, reports Atlanta Eater. The menu features “traditional” barbecue such as pulled pork, sliced brisket, and fried Okra snacks. However, patrons can also order citrus-roasted 1/2 chicken, kale slaw sides, black-eyed pea burgers, and barbecued grilled cheese sandwiches with available jalapenos.

Apart from their mouth-watering entrees, the restaurant strives to be ethically-sound with sourcing its meat. According to the restaurant’s website, 521 Kitchen & Que tries to use local, grass-fed, hormone free meat whenever possible.

521 Kitchen & Que is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
