The Top Seafood Joints In Buckhead, According To Yelp

BUCKHEAD, GA -- We're all on a see-food diet. We see food. We eat it. Now that that's out of the way, the word is out that Buckhead, the ritzy district known for designer boutiques and manicured lawns, has made a name for itself because of its seafood.

It's a hard proposition to believe for many transplants, but Buckhead, despite metro Atlanta being hundreds of miles away from the coast, has some great seafood spots. But don't take our word for it, take the experts that take the time out of their day to write reviews.

Our good friends at Yelp have hearty appetites -- and they've eaten a-loooot of seafood in the area. So this is what they say about food from the sea, found in Buckhead:

The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill - Buckhead: 3279 Roswell Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305. A Yelper says: "“The hushpuppies are served with a slightly spicy remoulade sauce which is terrific.”

Atlanta Fish Market -- 265 Pharr Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305. A Yelper says: "“Solid Chilean Sea Bass (Hong Kong Style), Lobster Fritters were awesome, so was the fried lobster tail for that matter."

Seasons 52 -- 3050 Peachtree Rd NW Atlanta, GA 30305. A Yelper says: "“We shared the lobster and mozzarella flat bread and then I had the scalloped with risotto and asparagus."

Big Easy Grille: 1193 Collier Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318. A Yelper says: "“Aside from the parking and jambalaya, I think Big Easy Grille is a solid neighborhood joint and a good place to get your Cajun and Creole fix.”

Chops Lobster Bar -- 70 W Paces Ferry Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30305-1302. A Yelper says: "Lobster perfectly seasoned, filet was melting on my mouth, best filet I ever had, come with peppers and mushroom sauce.”
