Adairsville Burglary Suspect Identified As Runaway Teen: Cops
The 16-year-old girl and her 18-year-old male accomplice, both from Wisconsin, were wanted for the June 12 burglary at Click Mart.

ADAIRSVILLE, GA — The two people wanted in connection to the burglary of a convenience store in Adairsville have been arrested in the Sunshine State, Adairsville police confirmed Wednesday.
The St. John's County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday arrested 18-year-old Desmond M. Rademaker of Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and a 16-year-old runaway juvenile from Grand Chute, Wisconsin. They were found Wednesday morning in motel in St. Augustine, Florida, Adairsville authorities note.
Adairsville police say the girl and the 18-year-old man were behind the smash and grab burglary reported around 9:45 a.m. June 12 at Click Mart at 932 Highway 140. The 16-year-old, who has been missing since Friday, June 8, will face charges in juvenile court in Bartow County, Adairsville police spokesperson Capt. Louis Dean said.

Detectives with the St. John’s County Sheriff’s Department will serve a search warrant on the suspects' vehicle to in an effort to recover any evidence stemming from the burglary.

Adairsville police previously said the female suspect shattered the window, climbed through that opening and went behind the counter to steal several packets of cigarettes. She and her male accomplice fled the scene in a dark-colored Dodge Stratus.
"Great detective work" by Adairsville police, Kaukauna, Wisc., police and the St. John's County Sheriff's Department led to the apprehension of the two subjects," the local police department said.
"Thank you for all of the tips from concerned citizens and the efforts of all law enforcement involved," the agency added.
