Cartersville made the list of top places to live in Bartow County in the new report based on things like cost of living and public schools.
CARTERSVILLE, GA — The best place to live in Bartow County is Cartersville, according to Niche's new list of best places to live in 2022.
The new Niche listings for best places to live in 2022, with rankings both national and local, were released on Monday. Niche creates its annual Best Places to Live rankings using data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in addition to resident reviews, according to a news release. It also considers factors like affordability, the housing market, diversity, public schools and walkability.
Cartersville was ranked No. 1 on the list of best places to live in Bartow County. Its overall Niche grade is an A-.

The city received an A for public schools and diversity. Good for families ranked A-, housing and nightlife each were ranked B, with crime and safety earning a score of C.
