The Bartow County Environmental Health Department conducted food service inspections Aug. 26 through Sept. 2 at the following establishments:

• Observed food in reach ins and walk in cooler not properly covered and exposed to contamination.
• As noted on previous inspections, observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

• As noted on previous inspections, observed excessive grease and food build up on floor behind and under grill, fryer, pipes, and walls
• Observed walk-in cooler fans with heavy dust build up. Observed walk-in freezer with heavy ice accumulation on fans, walls, and floor.
• Observed improper plastic food container with no handle used to dispense RTE food.
• Observed ice machine door damaged, allowing contamination in bin.
