• As noted on the previous inspection, observed food contact surfaces that had waste/stuck-on foods on them and need to be cleaned and sanitized. (Plates, coolers, pull-out drawers under the grill, bread warmer, silverware, pans).
• Observed the clean side of the dish machine drain board with waste food debris. The clean side of the dish machine drain board should always be clean and sanitary and shouldn’t have dirty dishes on it at any time.
• Observed the pull out drawer cooler under the grill holding foods above the required maximum cold holding temp of 41F. See temps above. Foods were discarded and/or relocated.
• Bottoms of coolers/freezers had waste foods on them. The top of the ice machine has waste food debris on it and needs to be cleaned.
