Large Rock Falls On Teen In Bartow County
A Bartow County EMS spokesperson said it took six people to remove the rock from the female victim on Christmas Day.

WHITE, GA -- A teenager was transported to an Atlanta hospital after she was injured by a falling rock on Christmas Day.
Bartow County Emergency Medical Services responded in the early afternoon to a call at a home off Vineyward Way in White.
Crews arrived on the scene to find the girl, 14, lying on the ground near a large rock.

"The bystanders stated the patient was on the rocks when they began to fall," said Bartow EMS spokesperson Brad Cothran.
It took six people to get the large rock off the girl, who was found to have a possible fractured leg and pelvis upon assessment by EMS crews, Cothran added.

The child was flown to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.
