In Memory: Christian Tyler Soli, 23, Had A Heart Bigger Than Himself

The Adairsville resident also chose to donate his organs, allowing four other people to have a chance at life.

Christian Tyler Soli, age 23, of Adairsville, died Sunday, May 8, 2016 at Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga from injuries sustained in an accident. Born in Austell on September 22, 1992, he was the son of Kimberely Soli Gentry.

Christian was a great dad, son, and brother and loved life. Everybody knew “He was that Guy." Christian had a heart bigger than himself. He lived for his children and saw the good in people.

He said, “There's nothing in this world you can't accomplish as long as you put your mind to it, give it a little compassion, a lot of focus and some plain old determination.” This is the selfless person that allowed 4 others to have a chance at life by donating his organs. This is the next chapter of his life, a new beginning in Heaven.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Kimberely and Jason Gentry of Cartersville; a daughter, Sophia Waits of Emerson; a son, Grayson Soli of Adairsville; his maternal grandmother, Kathleen Soli of Adairsville; his maternal grandfather, Don Soli; his sisters, Meghan Griffin of Adairsville, Briana Brooks of Buford and Morgan Brooks of Buford; along with his brother, Nathan Soli of Cartersville.

A celebration of life was held at 2 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016, in the chapel of Parnick Jennings Funeral Home and Cremation Services with Pastor Alan Lewis officiating.
