In Memory: Christopher Todd Williams, 40

The following obituary was submitted by Olin L. Gammage & Sons Funeral Home, which is located in Cedartown:

Mr. Christopher Todd Williams, age 40 of Rockmart, passed away on Tuesday, March 17 from a work related accident in Cartersville.

He was born on October 20, 1974, in Rome, Georgia.

Mr. Williams is survived by his mother, Martha Holland Williams; brothers, Shane Williams and Steve Williams and nieces and nephews, Tyler Williams, Madison Williams, Dawson Williams, Grayson Williams and Colt Williams.

Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his father, Truman Harry Williams.

The family of Mr. Williams will receive family and friends on Sunday, March 22 from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at the Gammage Funeral Home.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. Christopher Todd Williams will be conducted on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at 3 p.m. in the Gammage Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Blake Dodd and Mr. Tyler Williams officiating.

Interment will follow in the Rockmart Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Jeff Bailey, Todd Carlton, Matthew Gordon, Travis Caldwell, Rodney Sanders and Berry Williams.

The family has requested that all family and friends dress comfortably and to please wear your favorite college team colors!
