The two men got out of the vehicle and came onto the front porch, the deputy writes. Moody allegedly entered the home “without authority,” pulled a black pistol with a short barrel from his hoodie and told the residents to “give me the money,”
The second witness handed over a $100 bill from a wallet to Moody. However, according to the report, Moody allegedly said the $100 was not enough, snatched the wallet and took an additional $50 from the victim.
The first witness also said another person ”directly related to Tabyes Moody” was crying in the living room during the incident, the deputy said in the report.
According to the report, the second witness stated the second man, who allegedly accompanied Moody into the home, said something to the effect, “Come on man. Don’t do this in front of your kid.”
The two men, along with the woman, left the home in the vehicle. No forced entry into the home and no physical injuries were observed by the deputy, the report states.
