• Observed multiple containers wet stacked. CA: Discussed proper air-drying techniques with the PIC.
• Observed soiled buildup under cooking equipment. CA: Informed PIC that areas are in need of cleaning.
• Observed missing floor tiles in the main kitchen area. CA: Pointed out to PIC and it was stated that floor will be fixed.
• Observed live roach activity in the main kitchen. CA: Discussed with PIC about increasing pest control measures.
• Remarks: Discussed and provided forms for the employee health policy/bodily fluid clean-up kit with PIC.
