• Cooks/employees could not wash hands properly as needed due to paper towels not being provided at the front hand sink and the back hand sink being inaccessible.
• Observed hand sink in cook area that was not supplied with paper towels. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed an excessive amount of dishes stored as “clean” that still had stuck on waste foods on them. Dishes were rewashed. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed mold growth in the ice machine that needs to be cleaned and sanitized.
• Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in the upright reach in refrigerator. Foods were to be discarded. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed stainless steel cleaner, paint stored on a board on the three compartment sink that also had foods in it. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed expired milk products in coolers, dated Oct 26. Milk was discarded. Corrected On-Site.
• Observed gaskets on refrigerator not sealing to door frame properly to keep cold air in.
• As discussed during the inspection, several areas around the grill, coolers that had excessive grease and waste food particles that needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Corrected On-Site.
• A follow-up inspection is scheduled for Nov. 10.
