Severe Weather Threat Cancels Home Run Derby

The Bartow County Sheriff’s Office will hold off on holding its Home Run Derby scheduled for Tuesday.
Cartersville and the county are expected to see severe weather roll into the area early Tuesday morning, which prompted the agency to postpone the event.

The sheriff’s office wrote on its Facebook page that a future date for the event will be announced as soon as possible.
