• Observed employees re contaminating their hands by turning off faucet without paper towel. Again, discussed with manager proper hand washing procedures.
• Observed employee washing hands at ice cream station. Discussed with person in charge about washing hands properly in hand washing sink only.
• Again, observed excessive grease build up in oven. Discussed with PIC about regular cleaning.
• Again, observed containers being stacked wet. Spoke with PIC about proper drying.
• Observed ice build up on ceiling, floor, and walls of walk in freezer. Discussed with PIC about regular cleaning, keeping door closed, having unit service if needed.
• Again, observed food debris build up on floor of reach in cooler and freezer. Again, observed soiled reach in(s) gaskets. Observed build up food debris on walk in shelves in walk in. Discussed with PIC about regular cleaning.
• Observed condensation on outside and inside of grill reach in. PIC to have unit serviced.
• Remarks: Discussed complaint of proper score posting, discussed proper jewelry.
