
The 27th Annual Dacula Memorial Day parade IS BACK and is now accepting parade entry applications!
The theme for this year's parade is "So That We May Be Free" and honors those men and women that paid the ultimate sacrifice with their service to our country.
The parade steps off promptly at 10:00 AM, rain or shine, on Monday, May 31, 2021 from Hebron Baptist Church located at 202 Hebron Church Road and proceeds down Dacula Road, turns right on Wilson Street then right on Second Avenue and continues back to the church on Hebron Church Road.

The deadline for entries is Friday, May 14, 2021. No late entries will be accepted. No Exceptions!
The Annual Dacula Memorial Day parade is one of the highest profile events in the metro Atlanta area on Memorial Day. It is important that we take this opportunity to honor the sacrifices made by thousands of Americans who died guarding our precious liberties and way of life. Our goal is to promote patriotism and see that today's youth understand the significance, importance and meaning of Memorial Day.

Founded by Marvin Atherton, the Dacula Memorial Day parade has been a proud tradition in Dacula since 1994. The parade has grown over the years and remains the only Memorial Day parade in the metro Atlanta area, largest in the state of Georgia and one of the largest in our nation with 150 units participating in the parade each year. More than 10,000 spectators line Dacula's streets to watch the parade.
