3 Taken to Hospital After Wreck North of Dacula

Three people were taken to the hospital Wednesday afternoon following a head-on traffic accident north of Dacula.

The accident happened around 4:32 p.m. in the area of Sunny Hill Road and Braselton Highway, authorities said.
One of the injured has a serious injury, the other two had minor injuries. Gwinnett Fire Capt. Tommy Rutledge saidf the injuries were described as non-life-threatening.

One of the injured was entrapped and had to be extricated by rescuers.
No other information was immediately available. The scene was turned over to Gwinnett Police.
