72-Year-Old Gwinnett County Man Missing
Charles Harris, of Buford, has a history of dementia and was last seen at about 6 a.m. Thursday, police say.

UPDATE: Harris was found safe Thursday evening at a nearby business, police say.
BUFORD, GA — The Gwinnett County Police Department is looking for a 72-year-old man with a history of dementia who went missing Thursday morning.
Charles Harris was discovered gone from his home on Waterleaf Drive at about 6 a.m.

His caretaker contacted police, who responded to the scene and are actively searching for Harris.
He is described as a black male, bald with a short gray beard. He stands about 5'11", weighs about 200 pounds and is believed to have been wearing only blue boxers and possibly white sneakers.
